Noctowl is a dual-type Normal/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It evolves from Hoothoot starting at level 20. Known as the "Owl Pokémon," Noctowl has exceptional eyesight that allows it to see clearly even in minimal light, making it a formidable nocturnal hunter. Its extremely soft wings enable silent flight, allowing it to sneak up on prey undetected. Noctowl's intellect is notable, as it can rotate its head 180 degrees to sharpen its thinking abilities. Some even call it "the emperor of dark nights" due to its superior night vision and hunting prowess. Interestingly, when Noctowl turns its head entirely upside down, it's a sign that it's troubled by something.
